No.Each registered employer (customer) can only participate in the Basic Plan OR the Hire Brilliant Plan at any one time. If a customer pays to participate in the Hire Brilliant Plan when participating in the Basic Plan, any unused quotas in the Basic Plan will be zeroed out immediately (advertised and submitted but not yet approved vacancies will not be affected).
The billing cycle for the Hire Brilliant Plan is 30 calendar days.
Example 1 :
If a customer pays for the Hire Brilliant Plan on 1 January, the Hire Brilliant Plan will be valid from 1 January to 30 January. If the customer needs to continue using the Hire Brilliant Plan features seamlessly, the customer must pay for the renewal of the subscription on or before 3 calendar days before the expiry date of the current Hire Brilliant Plan (27 January).
Take example 1, if a customer successfully pays for the renewal of the Hire Brilliant Plan on 15 January, the customer can enjoy the Hire Brilliant Plan until 1 March (i.e. a new validity period of 31 January to 1 March is added to the original validity period of the Hire Brilliant Plan from 1 January to 30 January).。
If the customer does not renew the Hire Brilliant Plan, the unused quota will be zeroed after the expiry date of the current Hire Brilliant Plan.
Example 2
A customer pays for the Hire Brilliant Plan on 1 January and successfully submits 5 job posts as at 30 January. If the customer does not wish to continue to pay for the Hire Brilliant Plan after 30 January, HireBrilly will automatically switch to the Basic Plan for the customer. The 5 unused quotas will be zeroed out immediately after 30 January. Customer can use the quota and features eabled in the Basic Plan.
If the subscription is successfully renewed on or before 3 calendar days before the expiry date of the current Hire Brilliant Plan, any unused quota will be accumulated.
Example 3
A customer pays for the Hire Brilliant Plan on 1 January and successfully submits 5 job posts. If the customer successfully pays for the renewal of the Hire Brilliant Plan on 15 January, the customer will be entitled to 5 + 10 job posts until 1 March.
Any job post applications submitted before the expiry date of the Hire Brilliant Plan but not yet approved will still be eligible for the Hire Brilliant Plan function.
